Flywire Payments
Processing Time:
Flywire payments usually take 3-5 business days to process, though it may occasionally take up to a week, depending on your chosen payment method.
Payment Confirmation on Your Passage Application:
Once your Flywire payment has been processed and reflected on the Passage bank account, you will receive a notification stating, "We have successfully received your payment." This confirms that the full amount has been received in the Passage account, and your application will proceed to the next step.
How to Track Payment Status:
Flywire will notify you via email whenever there is a change in the status of your payment.
You can also track your payment through the Flywire link provided during the payment process.
What to Do If You Haven’t Heard Back or Your Passage Application Didn’t Move Forward
If you haven’t received an update and the payment has been stuck at any stage for more than 3 days, reach out to Flywire support.
If Flywire confirms that they haven't reviewed your payment, you should contact your bank for further assistance and clarification.
Important Note on Reinitiating Payments:
If your payment is stuck, wait 2-3 days before reinitiating the payment to allow time for the status to update.
Only reinitiate the payment if you’ve received a notification from Flywire that the original payment was cancelled.
Wire Transfers
How to Track Wire Transfer Payments:
After making a wire transfer, ensure you upload the payment receipt into your Passage application for review.
The payment will show as "Under Review" while it is being processed in the "Collateral step."
What to Do If Your Payment Status Doesn’t Update:
If your wire transfer payment status doesn’t update after 3-5 business days, contact support at [email protected] to verify the payment’s status.
If necessary, reach out to your bank to confirm the payment details.
