Follow the steps below carefully to complete your verification successfully:

1. Use a Valid Government-Issued ID

Ensure you have a valid government-issued identification document ready. This could be a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.

2. Take a Clear Photo of Your ID

Using your phone, take a clear picture of your ID. Make sure all details are visible and not blurry.

3. Complete the Selfie Verification

During the selfie verification step:

  • Turn your head left and right as instructed by the system.

  • Follow all on-screen prompts carefully to avoid errors.

Retry if Needed

  • You can retry the verification by logging into your Passage account.

  • If the link appears expired, try using the same link again.

  • If it still doesn’t work, contact Passage Support immediately for assistance.
