Communications and Payment Guidelines

At Passage, protecting our applicants, Navigators, partners, and financial transactions is a top priority. To reduce the risk of phishing, fraud, and impersonation, all communications, account updates, and payments must follow the protocols below.

1. Official Communication Channels

Verified email domain

All legitimate emails from Passage employees will come from an address ending in @passage.com.

Beware of fraudulent addresses

Emails from public domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook, or from misspelled or lookalike domains, are not official Passage communications.

Passage Portal

Your Passage Portal is the official source for account information, application updates, case statuses, invoices, and instructions.

2. Secure Portals and Payments

Always access Passage platforms directly:

  • Applicants: app.passage.com

  • Navigators: guides.passage.com

Passage will never request payment through:

  • Personal or individual bank accounts

  • Informal third-party payment links

  • Payment instructions provided only by email, text message, or social media

All authorized payment instructions and payment gateways will be available through the appropriate secure Passage portal.

3. Handling Suspicious Requests

If you receive an urgent or unusual request for payment, personal information, passwords, or account changes:

  1. Do not click any links, open attachments, or reply.

  2. Do not send funds or provide personal information.

  3. Access your Passage Portal by manually entering the official address in your browser.

  4. Contact your Passage account manager or Passage Support through a verified @passage.com email address.

Important Disclaimer

Passage is not responsible for communications, instructions, payment requests, transactions, or representations made outside its official email domain and secure portals. Passage will not be liable for funds, information, or access provided in response to fraudulent, unauthorized, or unofficial communications.

Always independently verify any request through your Passage Portal or a verified @passage.com contact before taking action.
