How to Submit a Deferral Request

The process for submitting a deferral request

📌 Applicants Who Already Have an LOA:

If you have already received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and wish to defer your intake, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your application portal.

  2. On the bottom right corner of the page, you’ll find the option to “Submit Deferral Request.”

  3. Complete and submit the deferral form from there.

🕒 Note: It’s important to submit this request before your application is closed. If the deferral is not submitted within the specified timeline, your application may be withdrawn.


For Applicants Who Do Not Have an LOA Yet:

If you have not yet received an LOA, deferral is not available through the portal. Instead:

  • You will need to create a new application for the desired intake.
