Applicants Who Already Have an LOA:
If you have already received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and wish to defer your intake, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your application portal and select the application you'd like to defer.
In the menu on the right side of the page, you can manage actions on your application. You’ll find the option to “Submit Deferral Request” here.
Complete and submit the deferral form from there.
🕒 Note: It’s important to submit this request before your application is closed. If the deferral is not submitted within the specified timeline, your application may be withdrawn.
Key Reminders:
Once you submit your deferral request, please be aware that processing may take longer since our admissions team must review your request again.
The deferral form must be completed based on the school’s specific requirements.
Some steps of the loan process may need to be reviewed again by our credit team. This may include repeating steps such as the credit check, guarantor verification, or other loan requirements.
Our credit team will conduct a new evaluation once the updated LOA is issued.
For Applicants Who Do Not Have an LOA Yet:
If you have not yet received an LOA, deferral is not available through the portal. Instead:
Close the application that you would no longer like to proceed with.
Create a new application for the desired intake.
