Register for Courses

After you confirm your seat and reset your password, you need to register online for the courses in your program at http://stuview.georgebrown.ca/ using your Student ID and Password. The registration start date and time for programs and respective semesters will be available on Stu-View.

The online registration start date is clearly mentioned in the offer letter.

Choose your courses and register as early as possible after registration opens or the course may fill up and you will not be able to take it when you want to.

If you do not yet have your study permit, please refrain from registering for your courses. Otherwise, you may be subject to fines from GBC.

Placement test

Most of post-secondary students must complete a placement test in English, Math, or both, depending on their specific program requirements. The college informs applicants if a test is necessary. Applicants can also check whether your program requires placement testing here and schedule your placement test when registering for your courses.

Placement tests are not graded as pass or fail. Instead, you need to achieve the required score by the deadline of August 30, 2024. If you don't, you will be automatically enrolled in foundation-level courses.
